Cloud Computing

With cloud computing, you can give your employees the freedom and mobility to access company data and applications from anywhere, anytime, without having to install hardware or software.

This eliminates the need for expensive investments in hardware and software, allowing your business to focus on core operations.

In addition, cloud computing helps you stay competitive because you have the ability to scale resources quickly and efficiently.

With cloud computing, you can take advantage of the latest technologies without having to invest in your own IT infrastructure.

We help you find the right solution and train your employees to use it.

What is Cloud Computing?

Cloud computing is services that run in the cloud, or perhaps more correctly, on servers in central data centers that are accessed via the Internet.

Cloud computing differs from traditional computing by giving businesses access to a variety of applications and services on demand, while providing IT with a common pool of configurable computing resources at the platform, infrastructure and application layers.

When cloud computing is used correctly, businesses can do more, faster, by harnessing the power of massive data centers and IT services without having to build, manage or maintain them.

Why use cloud computing?

Because it shifts the focus from complexity to satisfying the increasing need for new applications, devices and solutions that follow in the wake of the explosive growth in data volume.

The growth in devices, apps and data is more challenging and exciting than ever. It creates new needs.

Cloud computing therefore makes it easier to fulfill the need for "more, faster" so your employees can deliver new projects and products, manage more devices more easily, process more data, and get development and test environments up and running faster.

Exchange Online

Exchange Online offers the same options you may already know from your current Outlook/Exchange solution.

You have features like

  • Shared and/or private emails

  • shared and/or personal calendar

  • common and/or contacts

  • task management

No need for an Exchange server in the server room, with the associated maintenance and security costs.

Office 365

Office 365 is a subscription plan with Microsoft, which gives the license right to use the latest version of the well-known MS Office program, either installed on your own devices or as a web app.

In addition, a number of online services are offered in different plans to meet different data processing and storage needs.

Office programs work on Windows, OS (Mac), and iOS (iPad).

CRM

The impact of using CRM in the sales process is well documented.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a very comprehensive solution, with a wide range of customization and integration options, also offered in a package with Office 365 and Power BI.

Azure

Windows Azure is an open and flexible platform that allows you to quickly build, deploy and manage your applications in the cloud.

Windows Azure offers 99.95% uptime and allows you to build and run image applications with high availability without focusing on infrastructure.

Windows Azure is an alternative to having your own server farm, with the associated costs for setup, maintenance and security.

PBX - telephony management

The telephony solution is cloud-based, with the PBX located on a server in a data center. Phones are connected to the PBX via the Internet. The telephony solution is very flexible and can be customized to meet most needs.

With the solution, smartphones, cell phones and desk phones can be linked to your company switchboard and integrated into one phone number. This makes it much simpler, faster and more efficient to contact you and forward calls to your colleagues.

You can control which phone you want to receive calls on via a smartphone app that also acts as a calling platform and gives you an overview of contacts and history.

VoIP conference

The VoIP conference solution we provide is suitable for medium to large meeting rooms with up to 15 participants.

Annoying background noise is suppressed and the sound quality is superb, ensuring conferences are conducted without loss of important information.

The solution supports full duplex, it is equipped with three speakers that provide balanced and rich sound - which, together with integrated special microphones, ensures that conversations are conducted in the same quality as if you were sitting next to each other - not on opposite sides of the globe!

Microsoft

Many cloud computing solutions are based on services from Microsoft, with whom we have partnered for more than 15 years.

We have experience with

  • Office 365

  • MS Office+

  • MS ERP

  • MS CRM

  • Office Apps

  • Lync

  • Azure

Virtual Server

If your business has specific needs that can't be met by standardized products - such as the ability to run multiple or larger websites on the same server - the solution might be an expensive dedicated server. Or maybe you're considering purchasing and placing a server in-house. These solutions can be very costly and in many cases "shooting sparrows with guns".

With a Virtual Server, your business gets the best of both worlds.

We manage the server, you only pay for what you use.
